Here’s what we got up to Florianopolis:
We visited Campeche beach first, a beautiful clean golden beach with lapping waves or crashing waves depending on which bit of the beach you sit on – plenty of choice!

We then took a ferry across the Lagoa da Conceição and visited the small village that has no road access, it’s all just cute little pathways with some brilliant seaside restaurants.

From here we took the ferry back and hiked across 1 hour of dunes to reach Joaquina Beach (The beautiful beach for beautiful people).

On our penultimate day we took a bus to the most southern point of Florianopolis island and hiked through 1 hours worth of jungle/forest, seeing monkies, armadillos and lots of other wildlife to finally get to a very secluded beach called Praia de Naufragados.

On our final day we chilled on Campeche beach again and had some really tasty crab empanadas.
