From Sao Paulo we had a 6 hour bus journey to Curitiba.
We started off with a tour around the old town district, which features Brazil’s first ever pedestrianised street. From here we headed to the Jardin botanique de Curitiba (Botantical Gardens) which had lots of cool plants, trees and odd birds!
After this we got an Uber to the Hansel and Gretel / German Park in the north of Curitiba and continued on a long walk through the outskirts of the city, coming across many cool little parks and springs.

Curitiba is very nice city mainly due to it’s ecology and focus on greenery and eco-friendlyness.
